      Our goal is to provide collectors with a resource for Pulp Magazines, Comic Books, and other fine collectible items.  Strict grading is the key to success in our mission.  Pulps are graded according to Bookery Fantasy's Ultimate Guide to the Pulps.  Comic books are graded according to The Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide.  Please refer to their most recent edition. We are currently in the process of adding a number of sacns to our website. The scans will be of books with a value of $60.00 or more, in various conditions. Please check back often, as new scans will be added over the next few months. The scans will offer a good representation of our grading.

      We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  The only exception to this are comic books which have been graded by the Comics Guarantee Corporation (CGC).  CGC graded book sales are final and, therefore, nonreturnable.

Comic Books and Pulp Magazines Wanted!

      We are always looking for quality collections to offer our customers.  If you have an individual item or a collection of items, and you are interested in selling them, please contact us.  Our main interests are pulp magazines and comic books from the Golden and Silver Age(pre 1975).  Trades are possible.  We'd like to hear from you.  Please send us an email with a complete list of the item(s), along with the condition for each item(s).  We will need to see your books for grading purposes before an offer can be made.  Click this link to send us your email, or use your regular email program; our e-mail address is empcoll@bellsouth.net.  We promise to treat you with respect.  We will return your email in a timely manner. 

How To Order from Empire Collectibles

      If you are interested in purchasing items from our site, please follow these instructions.  First email us with a list of the items you wish to purchase.  Please include alternates in the event your original selections have been sold.  Once we have received your request we will email you back to insure availability of the items.  Your items will be held for 10 days to allow you to send funds for your purchase.  We accept the following forms of payment; cashier checks, money orders and personal checks.  We can also take payment through Paypal.  All checks must clear before items are shipped.  Once the check has cleared, your item will be readied for shipping.  We ship items every Saturday except holidays.  We will attempt to notify you when your item is shipped so you can watch for it.  Insurance is optional, but highly recommended for your safety.  We are not responsible for items damaged or lost which are shipped uninsured.  We offer the following shipping options for your convenience.  We can ship Priority or Media Mail thru the U.S. Postal service.  All items will be packaged securely to insure their safe delivery.  Please see below for shipping costs.  Minimum order is $ 20.00.  Shipping charge is additional.  Sorry, but we can not accept orders below $ 20.00 minimum. All items listed in US Dollars. Ask us about Gift Certificates of $50.00 or more!

Returns

      Strict grading is the key to our success.  However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a refund.  If you decide to return your item(s) you can do so within 7 days of the receipt of your item(s).  Please contact us before returning items.  This allows us to keep a look-out for your return.  Please be sure to package the items properly.  Items must be in the original condition in which they were sold.  We will not accept damaged items returned which are packaged improperly, or items which are damaged during return uninsured.  If you follow these rules, and the item is returned in its original condition, we will refund the full amount of your purchase minus the original cost of shipping and insurance.

      Once again, sales of CGC graded books are final.  Please do not ask to return CGC graded books.

      We can accept payment from your credit card through Paypal.  The shipping address must be the same as listed with Paypal.
